Registration Rates

The Congress dates are

Friday July 1 to Monday July 4, 2022.

The Congress will start at 8:30 AM on July 1. And end at noon on July 4.

We highly recommend that all participants check in to the hotel the previous day on Thursday June 30, 2022.

Registration for the 12th World Zoroastrian Congress 2022 is now open. Below you will find all the information you need to register.

A single WZC2022 Registration includes

• All regular WZC2022 sessions,
• Coffee / tea during scheduled coffee breaks between sessions,
• Three lunches, including the Awards Lunch on July 2^nd,
• A performance by the World Zoroastrian Symphony Orchestra on July 2^nd evening,
• The Gala Banquet Night Dinner on July 3^rd.

For registrants with children

each WZC2022 registration for their child(ren) includes:

• Babysitting Service for ages 0-4 years (only during regular WZC2022 sessions),
• Children’s Program for ages 5-9 years,
• Tween/Teen Track for ages 10-15 years.

Please note, these activities will take place concurrently with the regular WZC2022 sessions and parents must pick up their child(ren) at all meal-times. Children six years and under will not be permitted at regular WZC2022 sessions.

Registration Information

All attendees must complete a Registration Form.

By submitting a Registration Form, registrant(s) acknowledges to have read the registration information set out below.

Confirmation of registration is subject to the completion of all required information on the Registration Form and full payment of the registration fee.

Organizers reserve the right to close/modify registration at any time for any reason.

Add-on Events

Add-on events will be offered separately. Please look out for updates with this exciting information early next year.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

While we understand that sometimes registrants will need to withdraw their registration, we encourage registrants to review all applicable travel, visa, and other requirements/regulations prior to completing their registration to minimize registration cancellation requests.

Registration cancellation requests will be accepted by email to register@wzc2022.nyc. Kindly mention “Cancellation Request” in the email subject and include your registration Confirmation # and full name in the email.

Registration cancellation requests will be processed within six to eight weeks after the WZC2022 end date of July 4, 2022.

Amount of refund, as outlined below, will be issued in U.S. Dollars in the same form (credit/debit card or check) as payment was received, except when refund is issued beyond the time limit permitted on the credit card, in which case the refund will be issued by check. Applicable bank charges will be deducted from all refunds and amount of refund will be as follows:

A) Cancellation email received anytime, related to COVID-19 caused by prevailing regulations/restrictions imposed by applicable authorities or caused by COVID-19 illness of registrant:

• Refund will be issued after deducting a 10% administrative fee, subject to verification of proof.

 B) Cancellation email received on or before May 31, 2022, related to non-receipt of visa by registrant:

• Refund will be issued after deducting a 15% administrative fee, subject to verification of proof.

C) Cancellation email received on or before May 31, 2022, related to reasons other than “A” or “B”:

• Refund will be issued after deducting a 20% administrative fee.

D) Cancellation email received on or after June 1, 2022:

• No refund, except for cancellation under “A”.

Insurance

Registrants are responsible for and strongly recommended to purchase their own medical and travel insurance including event registration protection. Should registrants choose not to obtain medical and travel insurance, they do so at their own discretion and WZC2022 Organizers will not be held financially responsible.

Registrants requiring a Visa to enter USA, please check with the U.S. Consulate in your country of origin prior to registration.

At the time of online registration, you will have to make payment of the registration fees in full.

You will have the ability to make a secure online payment with a valid credit/debit card from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

Once you have successfully completed the registration process, you will receive an email confirmation for your registration and a receipt for the amount paid.

Please note your Confirmation number and save or print the registration confirmation for your record.

 Please review the Hotel’s reservation and cancellation policies as well as regulations related to COVID-19 prior to making your room reservations. All registrants must abide by the Hotel’s policies and regulations.

A special rate has been negotiated with the Hotel for WZC2022 registrants beginning from three days before and ending three days after the WZC2022 dates, subject to availability. There are limited rooms reserved at these negotiated rates and we encourage you to book your room as soon as you register to attend the WZC2022 to ensure room availability. Room rates are per room per night and are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, fees, and assessments

Banquet Night ONLY Registration

Registration for the Gala Banquet Night Dinner Only is currently not available. Subject to capacity and at the discretion of the WZC2022 Organizers, registration for a Gala Banquet Night Dinner Only may be made available closer to the event date.
