The Pre-Congress Youth Mixer is a way for all youth, young adults and the young at heart to socialize in true NYC style at a Rooftop Bar. 

Tickets to the event are priced at $49 for Congress attendees and $69 for everyone else. Each ticket gets you entry and TWO Drinks and snacks.
